Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
MARS Junior Roller Derby
Refunds & Team Commitment MARS Junior Roller Derby strives to support families while maintaining strong, well-run programs. Registration and event fees may be eligible for refund with 30 days’ written notice to the Board of Directors (BOD). Memberships may be canceled at any time; billing ends the month following notice. Injuries or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case for possible refunds or credits. If MARS cancels a program or event, families will receive a full refund or credit. Team placements and roster spots represent a commitment to the season. Refunds may be limited once expenses are committed or rosters are finalized. All Stars Note: Once a Post-Season charter locks, refunds are no longer available. By submitting payment, families acknowledge and agree to this policy.
